Tomates Farcies is a dish made by Kojirō Shinomiya in a wager against some land sharks that terrorized Marché Bastille in Paris.
Description[]
The simplicity behind this traditional French dish is the tomato, which can be either baked or unbaked. The top and core of the tomato is cut off however the top can be use as a cover for the stuffing or an accessory to the dish. Then, it can be stuffed with meat or vegetables, along with different variations of spices, herbs and parsley which can concentrate and support the flavor of the tomato.
