Coulibiac dish origin[]
Isn't it a Russian dish? It comes from here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coulibiac

- Well, it was mentioned in the Chapter the dish was incorporated into French cuisine. Though, it was inspired by Russian chefs. Both are correct, really. Hell Kaiser |

- Then should "Category:Hybrid Dishes" or "Category:Mixed Country Dishes" must exist since there might a dish styled from two or more countries? ScottKazama, talk) - 11 March, 2016, 13:50 7:00+)
- Things would get too complicated if we created such a category. Soma's dish during the Stagiaire is both French and Japanese, so it's perfectly possible.Hell Kaiser |

- Actually, the main staff talked about this subject matter already; Kaiser I don't know if you remember or have been informed, either way, you will all know now. This topic came up about 7 months ago, in which we decided not create a hybrid-related category, because the category system we implemented for the dishes already implies it was a mixed or hybrid dishes. As Kaiser said, Soma's dish has the Japanese Dishes and French Dishes category tags on the page, therefore it implies it's a mixed dish due to the combination of two different cultures and/or ethnics; this notion goes beyond two tags btw. It is for the same reason when I tell people I'm Chinese and Vietnamese, they already know I'm a person of mixed ethnicity. Adding such category is redundant and unnecessary when there are two blatant categories implying the same thing. Additionally, we are in the amidst of deliberating a category revamp, proposed by Garret and myself, which should be taking place in a couple weeks and has been long overdue. With that said, please don't create categories that isn't too blatant and/or without the admins' deliberation or else it will be deleted. Jwjchsr (talk) 19:07, March 11, 2016 (UTC)
