The Snake Dish is a dish made by Jōichirō Yukihira for the residents of Polar Star Dormitory in a lavish feast.
Description[]
Jōichirō made this dish using snake meat and served it in a soup broth with green onions. Given the exotic nature of the meat, the soup leaves most with a less than pleasant feeling. Sōma and Jōichirō both remark that the dish is laughably bad, yet it still is not the worst dish Jōichirō has ever crafted.

The soup tastes slightly sweet because of the addition of chrysanthemum leaves and spices, while the snake meat in the soup is said to resemble the texture and taste of chicken meat.[1]
