The Skewer Research Society (串打ち研究会 Kushi uchi kenkyū kai) or Skewer RS in short, is one of the school clubs within the Tōtsuki Culinary Academy which specializes in skewering techniques. As of Azami Nakiri's reign, this club has been disbanded, among several others.

Overview

As the name suggested, the Skewer RS specializes in skewering techniques. Among the various culinary clubs in Tōtsuki Culinary Academy, the Skewer RS proves itself as a formidable institution when they managed to secure second place in the Main Street Area after the first day of the Moon Banquet Festival, even beating another well-known research society, the Don RS.

Tetsuji Kabutoyama	The president of the Skewer RS. Known for his skewering techniques, Tetsuji has earned the nickname 'The Iron Skewer' in Tōtsuki Culinary Academy. He appeared as a member of this club when he was present with other members after the first day of the Moon Banquet Festival, where they were ranked second place in the Main Street Area.
