Roast Beef Frittata is a dish made by Julio Rossi Saotome for his Shokugeki against Sōma Yukihira in the One-shot.


Used with Silkie Eggs, which has a strong yolk, thus allowing it to harmonize well with the roast beef and complement the roast beef's tenderness and juiciness. One bite simulates the feel of walking in the middle of a vivid and lively carnival parade.
