  1. Mince the chicken for preparation
  2. Sautee the mushrooms, hen-of-the-woods, and shimeji with butter
  3. Create an appareil by cooking eggs, soy sauce, and white miso over a saucepan till it reaches the desired consistency
  4. Place the minced chicken and the sauteed ingredients over the pie crust in an oven-ready pan
  5. Pour in the appareil to coat the ingredients and reach almost to the top of the crust
  6. Place the pan into the oven and cook till desired texture
