Monarch (モナールカ, Monāruka?) is a former underground chef and a former member of the Les Cuisiniers Noirs.
Appearance[]
Monarch has a very large, muscular physique. He also possesses long, red hair and blue eyes. He's also of southern American decent.
Personality[]
Monarch is shown to be very arrogant, similar to the other noir chefs. He seems to think very highly of himself, being a king in his own self-image. He's also very picky, shown when he didn't like the hospitality of an inn, and threatened to shut it down. He does seem to have a soft spot for his home, however, as he became a lot more docile when Megumi Tadokoro served him gumbo.
Cooking Style[]
Monarch is known for using extremely expensive ingredients in his cooking. He uses his Luxurious Dish ability/technique to create wonderful dishes.
