Malcanta (マルカンタ, Marukanta?) is a former underground chef, a member of the Les Cuisiniers Noirs, and one of the main antagonists of the fifth and final season.
Appearance[]
Malcanta's appearance is that of a clown. He wears white face paint with red lines going down the sides of his face. He's also bald and has rather pointy ears and fingernails. He also wears a red chef's outfit.
Personality[]
Malcanta's appearance is similar to those of the other chef noirs. He talks down to the light chefs and openly mocks them at any given opportunity.

Cooking Style[]
Malcanta has an ability known as the Circus Dish. His main cooking tool is a pair of special pots that become a ball when he puts them together. Malcanta then spins the ball while juggling it, the spinning creates centrifugal force, and there's a heating element in the pots that grill the meat. Together, the forces keep the meat under a set pressure, heating the meat equally all throughout. This makes the meat far more tender than any standard pressure cooker could make it.
Trivia[]
- Malcanta's face bears a resemblance to that of Pennywise the Clown's from Stephen King's IT. Whether this was intentional or not is unknown.
