Akira's signature curry dish that uses water instead of coconut milk to cook his curry chicken. Referenced from Malabar Regions of India, Hayama's version of this dish would consist of some fresh spices inside the dish.

"Kozhi Varutha Curry" is literally "Fried Chicken Curry" in Tamil, the native tongue of the South Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Chicken curry is a very popular dish amongst Tamilians, usually served with rice. Adding coconut milk to the curry is a technique widely practiced in the neighbouring state of Kerala.
