Hōjōrō is a 50-year-old restaurant famed for their Chinese cuisine in Yokohama Chinatown, Japan. It is currently owned by Miyoko's father, who is also the head chef. Before her enrollment to Tōtsuki Culinary Academy, he bequeathed the family restaurant to his daughter.
