The 29th chapter of the Shokugeki no Soma manga which is focused a climax story line of in the Hellish Training Camp Arc and the genesis of the Breakfast Struggle Tale of the series. Continuing Tootsuki Friendship and Rapport Training which the camp is almost reached it's climax with 2 more night left, all students had to stay awake in order to begin their breakfast buffet and had to survive in their Breakfast Buffet Struggle to the unknown guest of honor who is also the assignment's judge. This is also includes Soma's intense rivalry not only with Takumi or Erina(he actually befriend both of his rival), but also himself after his first loss and a mysterious adversary who is skeptic and underestimates Soma (since she shared his same cunning and cheeky attitude).
Plot Summary
Beginning:The Storm of Unrest
As the elimination is getting tensed than ever, Doujima and Gin sitting beside Chapelle and talked about the serene night and the qualified students made their struggle to see which among these student is the best material as a chef. Chapelle would impressed the student's resolution before he could added that the unrest and chaos will became both psychological & endurance battlefield where only the qualified winners stay.

With the struggle is now commence, Soma began to make his dish and before he could make his dish, the scene switched to the moments before he began to make his dish. Several moments before, the Polar Star Gang began on their heels to search the

ingredients randomly as the time is ticking, Yuki begin to hustle everyone for their rush to figure the recipe since the time isn't on their side while keep on the pressure. During the course, Megumi and Ryoko purposed their plan on having a short nap before deciding making the dish, due to that they would make the mistake for real if they have enough sleep. On Soma perspective, he claimed that he never knew about the breakfast would made and the buffet would his first trial that he ever had. Soma would asked Yuki about the buffet and Ryoko would claimed that even if the flavor had pass the customer's tongue, it would considered failed if the dish did not served to the certain amount of guests with a certain time limit. The sleepless pressure took Yuki's toll as she had enough of listening to any suggestions due to that she had all kinds of stuff to think
Back to the present, Soma began to make his 2 sample egg dishes, Japanese egg rolls and Scrabble Eggs, and tasted them as the food is delicious which he anticipated. Yet he feel that it isn't enough as he think back about his father's teaching before he entered the academy.
Soma remember his father's past quote.
In the flashback, Mr.Yukihira once praised over his food yet told the young Soma that it wasn't good enough which confused the young Soma. When Soma ask Mr.Yukihira why he said not enough despite his compliment, Mr.Yukihira told the young Soma that people comes to Restaurant Yukihira to expect and eat something out of the ordinary and should any elements went missing,even with a simple dish, it is not good enough to impress the customers. Mr.Yukihira's past motivation words would prompt Soma to figure out a recipe which is cooked with unexpected surprises to attracts the customer's interest, and he seemly found his eureka which seemly found new ways of giving surprises.
Seeing the student ate the dish yet in discomfort about the unpredictable results, Shun would claimed that the Breakfast Struggle is more challenging than he ever anticipated and Ryoko can't help but to agree with Shun. To her concern, even if any of the them managed to get some sleep, their fears and indecision about the unexpected results would pressure them during the sleep which make them unease through the entire night. To conclude the situation, Ryoko concluded that they will having nightmares anytime soon and claimed it is a psychological warfare for the chef.
Rival's Strong Resolution

Meanwhile in Erina's personal kitchen, Erina told her secretary she is going to her bedroom while asked her secretary if she is finished the testing. As the secretary give Erina a positive reply, Erina would tell her to get rest afterward and she will play the game as a celebration for their victory; immediately raising the morale for her own team which her secretary is confident to believe that they will be pass the next assignment. while thinking back to the flashback when she ate Soma's food and ensure that "humiliation" during Soma's entry exam would never repeat, Erina sought to disapprove Soma's dish with her own regal style and try to claimed that only her dish approved in her "kingdom"(possibly trying to save her face against her arch-nemesis).
The scene then switched to Takumi perspective as he is finally create his own Aldini style breakfast and he seemed to be satisfied and confident over his works since he used his all-out effort to create such magnificent breakfast dish; hoping him that he had the very chance to catch up with Soma's pace. His obsession towards winning against Soma did drive Soma to make more dishes, yet it did affected Isami, who reminds his brother that they will have some rest should they finish and he is rather frustrated over Takumi's obsession in winning over Soma.
Meanwhile the scene would goes on Megumi's perspective which she is still disoriented over the chaos and can't decide which recipe she would began. Until she thought over Doujima's impression and Soma's advice from the previous Unofficial Shokugeki during the Yukihira-Shinomiya Shokugeki Feud, while she began to think that since not so many people eat too much breakfast, she wouldn't be necessary to make all dishes. As Megumi kept thinking about the quote and ideas to fit her dish, she is finally figured out her own eureka when she noticed a squall egg among the dozen of the eggs; prompted Megumi to make the breakfast meal based on the squall egg and begins her work with it.
Soma's Another Rivalry Encounter and Daybreak Deadline
Soma confronted another possible future rival.
As Soma is about to make his dish with his collected ingredients, he was interrupted by the mysterious female student,the same girl who confronted Erina, observed his work. Surprised by her anomaly appearance, Soma immediately asked the female student who is she which the female student dodge the questions by praised over his idea for his upcoming dish. Soma accepts the student's compliment while stared at the student over her sexy appeal, yet he has some suspicions upon the student's agenda since she came in surprise just to observe him. Just as the female student wished Soma good luck and leaves, she was blocked by her mysterious partner and scolds him for screwed her act. As her partner complained over her previous attitude while confronted Erina, the female student angrily tell that her stance is mere intimidation against their rivals and their argument dragged Soma into their conversation. With curiosity in his mind, Soma would asks the duo if they had finished their blue print recipe for the trial since they pass by freely in the kitchen. The female student replied that they did without revealing her work and leaving the kitchen before bid Soma farewell and wished him good luck afterwards, leaving Soma's confused over their real intention on visiting the kitchen in the first place.
A grim speculation without purpose, could it be...?!
While the mysterious duo left the kitchen, the mystery student begin to analyzing her remark over her possible future rival and his dish. In her remark, she was indeed intrigued over Soma performance ever since the rumor of Yukihira-Shinomiya Shokugeki Feud had spreed around the hotel, and yet she is remained skeptic towards Soma's skill since he seemed to be a "letdown" when she met him in person; further assuming in high anticipation that Soma is going to failed himself with the of recipe he collected without recognized or understand Soma's true capabilities.
The story is then concluded with the daybreak of Day 4 of the camp, with all the students still doing their practice runs and almost all of them are worn up due to the sleepless night and their worries over the results could means the end for them should they failed to appease the judges. The practice run is officially ended with Doujima's announcement that their practice time's up and have them submit their blue print works to the hall, waiting for their upcoming judgement by the guest judge.

- Yoshino Yuki-One of the Polar Star Gang, Yuki would fired up to pass the trial after Doujima's announcement and motivate further to the Polar Star Gang that they will all survive the day. Even having stress over the sleepless night and heavy pressure, Yuki vowed that everyone will pass through the ordeal without anyone disqualified.
- Ibusaki Shun-Silent yet toughest member of the Polar Star Gang, Shun see the assignment more challenging as he found most of the student began their doubts even in their confident state, while having his worries that the guest's taste would be anything but predictable.
- Takumi Aldini-Pride of the Tattora Aldini, Takumi continued his obsession on beat Soma with his own skills to prove that he is the best among the Tootsuki Academy student.
- Isami Aldini-Takumi's twin brother and his assist chef who found his brother's obsession is troublesome as he too attempt to sleep
- Mito Ikumi-Soma's former rival and former Erina's champion, Ikumi is attempt to prove that she is still got the skills while attempt to catch up Soma and others pace.
- Mystery Female Student-Mystery student who confronted both Erina and Soma. Neither arrogant nor friendly despite her cheery yet cunning attitude, this girl would think her rivals failure in 2 separated scenario; Erina would lead her defeat by her own arrogant ego while Soma blinded courage would failed her expectations, who almost intrigued after she heard over the rumor of Yukihira-Shinomiya Shokugeki Feud, due to his another risky move to make his dish. It is unclear what is her agenda which concluded one thing;she is skeptic upon Soma's skills,which indicated that she is also heard over his infamous ambition speech during the Orientation Day Ceremony, while found Erina's regime with arrogance and ignorance repulsive which she attempt to break her down in her own game, making her as an antagonistic rival towards both the Totsuki Princess and Yukihira Genius.
- Mystery Male Student-Another mystery student who confronted both Erina and Soma. Accompanied and sided with the female student, he is the female student's partner and address the female student as "Milady"; speculated that female student is also from the wealthy and prestige family background which is similar to Erina's.
