Bear Meat Hamburg Steak is a prototype dish made by Sōma Yukihira, in preparation for his duel against Akira Hayama.

Description Edit

By enhancing the flavor of the red meat and fat with dried five flavor berries that were pickled in sake, together the berries give off their own flavor while increasing that of the bear meats.

Real Facts Edit

Hamburg Steak is a patty of ground beef. It is closely similar to the Salisbury steak. Made popular worldwide by migrating Germans, it became a mainstream dish in around the start of the nineteenth century.[1]
